Some cookies are necessary for the Services to function. Other cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, may be optional depending on your location and applicable law.

You may manage available choices through our cookie banner or the Your Privacy Choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link displayed on our website. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

4. Analytics and Advertising

We may use third-party analytics and advertising services to understand how the Services are used, measure advertising results, develop audiences, and show advertisements that may be more relevant to you.

These providers may collect or receive identifiers, device information, website activity, approximate location, purchase activity, and other information through cookies, pixels, tags, application programming interfaces, customer-list uploads, or server-to-server integrations.

Google

We may use services provided by Google, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, YouTube advertising, conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, audience segments, remarketing, and Customer Match.

Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or device identifiers to show NoBull advertisements on websites, applications, YouTube, Google Search, and other services based in part on your previous visits to or interactions with NoBull.

You may manage Google advertising personalization through Google’s advertising settings and may also use applicable industry opt-out tools or your device settings.

Meta

We may use Meta technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and advertising services associated with Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Threads, or other Meta services.

These technologies may allow NoBull and Meta to measure activity, attribute purchases to advertisements, create audiences, personalize advertisements, and understand how people interact with NoBull across websites, applications, browsers, and devices.

Other Social-Media and Advertising Platforms

We may use similar technologies and services offered by TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Microsoft, Amazon, and other advertising, social-media, search, retail-media, or analytics platforms.

The specific partners and technologies used may change as our advertising and business operations develop. This Privacy Policy applies to advertising technologies that collect personal information through the Services even when a particular provider is not individually named.

Customer Lists and Custom Audiences

Where permitted, we may provide advertising platforms with contact information such as an email address or telephone number to determine whether you have an account with that platform or to create a custom advertising audience.

Contact information may be hashed before it is transmitted. Hashing reduces the readability of the information but does not necessarily make it anonymous. The platform may compare the information with its users and may use a resulting match to deliver, suppress, measure, or personalize advertisements.

5. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money.

However, certain privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include disclosing identifiers, cookie information, device information, internet activity, purchase events, or similar information to advertising partners in exchange for advertising, measurement, analytics, or other benefits.

As a result, our use of advertising pixels, cookies, custom audiences, or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered:

  • A sale of personal information.

  • Sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Processing personal information for targeted advertising.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities.

You may submit an opt-out through the Your Privacy Choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link on our website or by emailing support@nobullspice.com.

Where required by law and technically supported, we also recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. Opt-out preference signals generally apply to the browser or device from which the signal is sent. You may need to renew your choice when using another browser or device or after clearing cookies.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Sources may include you, your browser or device, Shopify, service providers, advertising partners, social-media platforms, and business partners.

We use identifiers for order fulfillment, accounts, customer service, security, analytics, marketing, advertising, and legal compliance.

Identifiers may be disclosed to service providers, payment and fulfillment providers, advertising and analytics partners, social-media platforms, advisers, and government or legal authorities when required.

Certain identifiers may be sold or shared as those terms are defined by privacy laws for targeted advertising.

Customer Records and Payment-Related Information

Examples include contact information, billing and shipping addresses, transaction information, and limited payment details.

We use this information to process orders, prevent fraud, provide customer service, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

This information may be disclosed to Shopify, payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment providers, carriers, professional advisers, and authorities when required.

We do not intentionally sell or share complete payment-card information for targeted advertising.

Commercial Information

Examples include products purchased, considered, viewed, saved, reviewed, returned, or placed in a shopping cart; order history; purchase value; and customer preferences.

We use commercial information for fulfillment, support, personalization, analytics, product development, marketing, attribution, and advertising.

Commercial information may be disclosed to service providers, advertising and analytics partners, social-media platforms, and business partners. Certain commercial information, such as purchase or cart events, may be sold or shared as legally defined for targeted advertising.

Internet and Electronic-Network Activity

Examples include browsing activity, search activity, referral information, interaction with our website, emails, advertisements, and social-media content.

We use this information for website operations, analytics, security, personalization, attribution, and advertising.

This information may be disclosed to hosting providers, Shopify, analytics providers, advertising partners, and social-media platforms and may be sold or shared as legally defined for targeted advertising.

Geolocation Information

We may derive an approximate location from an IP address or receive general location information from devices, browsers, shipping information, or service providers.

We use this information for shipping, fraud prevention, website localization, analytics, and advertising.

Approximate location may be disclosed to service providers and advertising or analytics partners. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through the Services unless it is necessary for a feature you knowingly request and any legally required consent is obtained.

Inferences and Preferences

We may make inferences about likely interests, product preferences, customer groups, or advertising responsiveness based on purchase and website activity.

We use these inferences for personalization, analytics, audience development, and advertising. They may be disclosed to advertising, analytics, and social-media partners and may be sold or shared as legally defined for targeted advertising.

User-Submitted Content

Examples include reviews, photographs, comments, survey responses, and customer-service communications.

We use this information for customer service, product improvement, marketing, moderation, and publication when you submit content for public display.

Content may be disclosed to service providers and may be publicly displayed when you submit it for that purpose.

Sensitive Personal Information

NoBull does not seek to collect sensitive personal information unrelated to providing the Services. Payment credentials, account credentials, and similar information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, or other service providers to complete transactions, secure accounts, and prevent fraud.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not intentionally sell sensitive personal information.

  • Satisfy tax, financial, regulatory, and legal obligations.

  • Prevent fraud and maintain security.

  • Resolve disputes.

  • Enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the reason it was collected, legal requirements, the sensitivity of the information, applicable limitation periods, and whether an account or customer relationship remains active.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete it, anonymize it, deidentify it, or securely isolate it until deletion is practical.

9. Your Privacy Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. We may continue sending nonpromotional messages about orders, customer service, security, or legal matters.

Cookies and Advertising

You may manage available cookie choices through our cookie banner or privacy-preference tool. You may also adjust browser, device, Google, social-media, and advertising-platform settings.

Blocking cookies may not prevent every form of tracking, and settings applied through one browser, device, or platform may not carry over to another.

Global Privacy Control

Where required, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to general Do Not Track signals. We process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, applications, or services.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of third parties. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own policies and settings. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

15. International Visitors

NoBull is based in the United States. Information collected through the Services may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
